Linsey

Linsey currently serves our country as an Air Force Reserve Officer. As a war veteran, airplane mechanic, and leader, she brings a different perspective and experience to the dental team. She has a Bachelors of Science in Network Communications and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). With a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, she ensures our systems are fine-tuned and our processes are on point. This ultimately ensures our patients get the best care possible. Linsey is great with people and is super easy to talk to. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking in the summer, and snowboarding in the winter. She loves to socialize and party plan; we are always leaning on her to plan our next fun filled event or outing.

Kelsie

Kelsie is from Salt Lake City, Utah. With 8 years prior dental business administrator experience, she happily joined Cozy Cabin Dental in 2022. She enjoys getting to know our patients and helping them with any questions or concerns they may have. She believes that the patient experience starts as soon as patients come in and see the girls at the front desk, and strives to make every experience a memorable one. Kelsie says that the practice feels like a family and she loves working with our patients! In her spare time she loves spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors.

Joana

Joana joined our team summer of 2022 with over 5 years of business administrator experience. With a friendly and personable demeanor, Joana enjoys taking the time to build relationships with each and every patient that comes into the office to make them feel welcome. She takes great pride in patients walking out of the office with a huge smile on their face. She loves that Cozy Cabin Dental is one big happy family, from patients to staff. In her free time Joana likes spending time with her family, she enjoys art, reading, and traveling.

Sosanna

Sosanna is the lead dental assistant here at Cozy Cabin Dental. She has been in the dental field for 10 years and is a great asset to our team. She makes our patients feel comfortable and ensures they have a good experience. Sosanna is from Albuquerque, New Mexico and has a wonderful 4 year old boy. In her free time, she loves to take her son on adventures and enjoys spending time with friends and older sister.

Adolfo

Adolfo joined the practice in October 2024. As a dental hygienist, Adolfo’s primary goal is to provide comfort and deliver comprehensive and quality dental care to each patient. He has been a hygienist since 2017 and graduated from Weber State University with a bachelor’s in dental hygiene. Adolfo also has practiced in the nonprofit sector for about six years. He worked for Salt Lake Donated Dental Services (SLDDS) as a dental assistant and dental hygienist for about four years, providing dental care to the surrounding community that has minimal to no access to dental care. He periodically continues to volunteer as a hygienist with SLDDS. Also, he provided dental care to the Navajo Nation with Utah Navajo Health System for three years. In 2018, Adolfo served a medical/dental mission in the Dominican Republic with the Somos Amigos organization. He looks forward to volunteering on another dental mission. At his leisure, he likes to travel, stay active, be outdoors, and watch movies and TV.

Gabby

Gabby joined the practice in January 2026. She has been practicing dental hygiene since 2024 and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from Utah Tech University. Gabby is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients while delivering high-quality, personalized care. While completing her studies, Gabby participated in a humanitarian study abroad trip to the Dominican Republic in 2023, where she helped provide dental cleanings to individuals without access to dental care. She looks forward to continuing her involvement in humanitarian outreach in the future. Outside of the office, Gabby enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, crocheting, and spending time outdoors.

Jenni

Jenni is from El Salvador and brings over 9 years of customer service experience. As a Virtual Front Desk Assistant, she takes pride in creating positive experiences and building meaningful connections with the people she helps every day. She enjoys assisting patients with scheduling, insurance benefits, and answering questions to help make their dental experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. Jenni believes that kindness, patience, and clear communication can make a meaningful difference, and she strives to bring those qualities to every interaction.

Outside of work, Jenni enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s relaxing at the beach, visiting lakes, exploring the mountains, or discovering new places to travel. She also loves spending time with family and friends and caring for her five cats, who keep life fun, interesting, and full of surprises.

  They are definitely a great place for dental work. The staff is friendly and efficient; they get you in and out quickly. The dentist explained what I needed clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the plan or what I should be doing moving forward.   Dr. G IS AMAZING!!!  I’ve always had severe anxiety going to the dentist and he does such a wonderful job at making sure I feel comfortable. I’ve been going to see him for 2 years now. He cares for his patience and always makes sure he is doing the best job!! He is honestly the best dentist I’ve ever had.

  I’ve been coming to cozy cabin since May of this year and it’s been nothing but spectacular. From the front desk back it’s been amazing. I am a Veteran so they are always on top communicating with the VA for me making sure I am taken care of! Definitely best dental office I’ve been, great people and service. Highly recommend!

  I loved everything about my recent visit to Cozy Cabin Dental. The Front Desk staff were amazing, super welcoming and very knowledgeable. The Hygienist was super sweet and educated me on things I have never even heard about. I now know how important it is to take Periodontal disease as soon as possible and its connection to your entire body, I had no idea. The doctor and the Assistance are super amazing as well. The other office I was going to told me I needed four crowns Dr. Gardois diagnosed me with one crown and a few feelings I have found my forever dentist!!
